You have questions? I have answers!
Remind Me is a Reminder APP that is easy to use and easy to read.
- Keep forgetting to pick up your favorite spices at the store? Use the Location Reminder

- Set the Unit Measurement for your area - Yards/Meters.
- Set the Default Range: eg. 25 Yards/Meters.
- Select The Default Snooze time.
- Choose Accuracy level.
Note: The lower the accuracy the lower the power consumption. - Range and Snooze Time can be changed for each Reminder.
What are the best settings?
The default settings are sufficient for most purposes.
The Default Setting for Accuracy is set to High and is a good setting for Location Reminders.

How can I reduce power consumption?
Setting the Accuracy setting also sets the Power use level
- High uses the most Power and is the most Accurate. It selects the best Location Provider between GPS, WiFi, and Cell Towers
- Medium uses moderate Power and is less Accurate. It selects the best Location Provider between WiFi and Cell Towers
- Low uses the least Power and is not very Accurate (If you go past a location too fast you probably will not receive it.). It selects Cell Towers as the only Location Provider.
- No Power is self explanitory!
Why do some of the alarms not go off?
Both Scheduled and Location Reminders require you to save it first!
Don't forget to tap the switch to turn on the Reminder before you save it.

Why doesn't the Notification icon show?
When a Location reminder is on, a persistent notification icon will appear in your notification bar to remind you the APP is working in the background and consuming power.
Scheduled Reminders do not consume power in the background so the icon is not present in your notification bar when only Scheduled Reminders are on.

Alarms not going off at the exact time?
The Android OS does not allow exact timing so it can manage overall power consumption.
Instead it will go off usually within a minute or two of the set time.

What range should I choose?
That depends on the location. If you're going to a large outdoor event such as a County Fair or Music Concert, a larger Range (50 - 100 yrd/m) would be needed.
A smaller location such as a Grocery Store or Picnic area a smaller range (10 - 30 yrd/m) is more appropriate.
You can always use the View Map Markers page to check the range you have chosen. If it's not acceptable then you can change it!

Can I get directions to locations?
Yes! After you have set a Location Reminder, go to the Map Makers page and tap on the marker for the location you want and an icon with a right handed directional signal will appear on the lower right of the screen. Tap on it and a new Google Map will open with options for directions (Walking, riding, driving etc.)
Remind Me Says...
When you dismiss a Repeating Scheduled Notification from the Notification Bar either by swiping or tapping the dismiss button the next interval will be reflected on it's page when you next visit it.
